We’re kicking off the 3rd Annual Women’s Football 101, hosted by the Driven Foundation and this year’s event will be held Thursday, November 5th | 6p-9p

Here’s what you can expect:

What a PERFECT day with the @teamtresselfitnesschallenge in Crooksville, OH!

Every visit reminds me that this initiative is about so much more than fitness. It’s about helping young people build healthy habits, develop character, strengthen their mindset, and discover that the choices they make today shape the life they’ll live tomorrow.

What makes this program so special is that we don’t just encourage students, we equip them. The Team Tressel Fitness Challenge gives schools a system that helps students build lasting habits, encourages accountability, and creates opportunities for success both inside and outside the classroom.

One of the most powerful moments of the day was watching the entire Crooksville students and staff come together for the Lap of Love. After everything the Crooksville community has endured through recent flooding, it was a beautiful reminder that healing happens when people walk together.

I really appreciated seeing the teachers join the students. Everyone chose to participate. That’s leadership. That’s what togetherness looks like.

Every student finished. Every teacher finished. Every lap reminded us that we’re stronger when we move forward together.

Thank you to the students, teachers, staff, and the entire Crooksville community for your resilience, your hospitality, and your heart. It was a privilege to spend the day with you.

Thank you to our friends at @thex_church, Care & Outreach Pastor @smokey_rauch, Ellie, and the entire team for showing some love to the Gahanna Lincoln football coaches today.

They stopped by with Donut World donuts and a @celsiusofficial boost, and it was a simple reminder that little acts of kindness can make a big difference.

X Church has faithfully supported the Driven Foundation for years, helping us collect food for families in need and consistently finding ways to serve our community.

High school football coaches across the country invest countless hours every week preparing for the season, but their impact goes far beyond the game. They’re helping shape character, teach accountability, build confidence, and prepare young people for life long after the final whistle.

To every youth, middle school, and high school coach, who gives up evenings, weekends, and time with family to invest in the next generation, thank you. Your influence reaches farther than you’ll ever know.

And to organizations like X Church that intentionally support the people doing that work, thank you for seeing them, encouraging them, and reminding them they’re appreciated.

I don't usually finish a book in one sitting, but Fight Through It by Roy Hall Jr. had me hooked from the start. I picked it up and ended up reading the entire thing in one evening!

What I love most about this book is that it's relatable. Life isn't always easy. We all face challenges, setbacks, disappointments, and moments when it would be easier to quit. But this book is a reminder that we're stronger than we think and capable of getting through more than we realize.

There were so many moments that made me stop and reflect, and so many messages that encouraged me to keep pushing forward.

If you're looking for a good read, some motivation, or a reminder that tough seasons don't last forever, I highly recommend ordering a copy of Fight Through It.

Trust me—once you start reading, you may not put it down either!📖💪

Congratulations, @royhalljr_! This book is going to encourage a lot of people! I've only waited 13.5 years for it ~ lol!

Some days remind you exactly why investing in kids matters. ❤️

We had an absolute blast helping Windsor STEM School celebrate the end of the school year!

Bounce houses. Dance parties. Fitness activities. Friendly competition. Tons of laughs. And enough energy to power the entire city of Columbus. 😂

Former Ohio State Buckeye @betaylor79 and former University of Akron standout and NFL player @grabdat_ joined us for an unforgettable day of fun, encouragement, and connection with the students.

One of our favorite parts? Watching kids simply be kids.

Running. Dancing. Laughing. Competing. Building friendships. Creating memories.

As adults, we spend so much time talking about academic success, leadership development, and preparing students for the future. All of those things matter. But sometimes kids just need a day to celebrate, have fun, and enjoy being young.⭐️

Huge thank you to Principal DuMond, the Windsor STEM staff, our volunteers, and everyone who helped make this day possible.

That is why we do what we do!!!

You do it for the people that you love.
You do it for the people that got you here.

Even if they aren’t here, you honor your mother. You honor your father. You honor your grandparents. You honor the people that came over on a boat, to make a living and make a start of a life for you.

You tap into that why and you never let it go!!

When you love someone, when they love you, when you feel unconditional, God-given, heaven-dropped love, you FIGHT, you scratch, you claw, and you punch through whatever adversity that stands in between you and taking care of that person.

I’ve been blessed to be able to have that motivation.

I’m encouraging everyone on this stage, everyone in the back, everyone down there…question yourself when you’re on your way home.

How am I honoring the people that have come before me? How am I honoring the people that are still here with me?

But my God, you guys should not be motivated by what you get from football. You gotta be motivated by what you can give because of football.

Field Day at Moler Elementary was SOOOO MUCH FUN. ☀️🎉

Bounce houses. Relay races. Tug-of-war. DJ @jae_esquire keeping the energy high. Former Buckeye @coach_freshington hanging out with the kids. A petting zoo with llamas, goats, pigs, kangaroos… AND every student got to hold a baby kangaroo 🦘❤️

One student called it “the best school day ever!”

Huge thank you to @kwclassicproperties for partnering alongside the Driven Foundation for RED Day, and thank you to all of our amazing (Northeast Columbus) partners including Dairy Queen (920 High Street), Chick-fil-A (and Chick-Fil-A Cow 🐮), @nebulacoffeecart, @theloxbagelshop, and the wonderful staff and volunteers who made the day unforgettable.

Sometimes kids just need a chance to laugh, run, dance, play, and be kids!

Our Future Initiative Program at Greenview Upper Elementary School is winding down for the year and we’re proud of these young kings! 💯👏🏾

This group of 4th and 5th graders in South Euclid has been growing, learning, laughing, leading, and challenging themselves week after week under the leadership of Coach @maalg28 🙌🏾

This program has never just been about “staying out of trouble.”

It’s about learning how to:
control emotions 💭
lead with character 🫡
be responsible 📚
communicate better 🗣️
support each other 🤝🏾
and unafraid, teachable and focused. 🙏🏾

One thing Coach Boyd constantly teaches the students is that they don’t have to look exactly like everybody else to become successful.

They can create their OWN voice 🎨

It’s not every day you get the opportunity to sit down with one of the greatest college football players in history and simply listen.

I had the honor of spending time with two-time Heisman Trophy winner Archie Griffin talking about leadership, life, relationships, and the principles that matter most.

With all the accomplishments attached to his name, what stood out most wasn’t football. It was Archie’s humility.

Over and over again, he came back to one simple principle:
Treat people the way you want to be treated.

The Golden Rule.

Be kind. Be compassionate. Be empathetic. Serve people well.

Some of the best leadership lessons aren’t always complicated. Sometimes the principles that change people, teams, organizations, and communities the most are the ones we learned early in life, but forgot to consistently live out.

How you treat people matters. How you make people feel matters. Character still matters.

Grateful for Archie’s wisdom, his example, and the time.

We’re already about five weeks away from this year’s Leadership Conference, and moments like this are exactly why this conference means so much to me.
