ZEEKR 7x AWD Performance | @zeekr_singapore

It was in September last year when Singapore was first acquainted with the ZEEKR 7x. Fast forward 10 months later, it’s almost impossible to not drive past or alongside one. Just look at it; it is desperately handsome. That said, the ones you’ve seen were likely the more popular RWD variant. This AWD variant, however, is different — very different. It’s got air suspension for a start, exclusive to the AWD Performance variant. But it’s the headlining figures that will have you 🤯 637bhp, and a 0-100km/h is settled a gut-churning, face-warping 3.9 seconds. Performance of this calibre could only be imagined through a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 in 2007. But that’s not all! 10-80% in just under 15 mins, thanks to its industry-leading 800v, 450kW DC charging capability.

As mind boggling those stats are, they’re just partially the reason why you would want the 7x. Step in to the cabin, and you’re greeted with the supplest of interior (nappa leather as tested), front ventilated seats with massage, and a fridge. You get adaptive cruise control that also helps you with lane changes on the highway. Not forgetting self-parking, because parking by yourself is so 2025 💅

Kia EV4 | @kia_sg

If AI existed 20 years ago and tasked to generate a modern-looking sedan that would intrigue the minds of modern mankind, the Kia EV4 would probably be it. With its design aligning closely to the EV5 and EV9, this is Kia’s first EV iteration with a sedan. And boy have Kia nailed it. Yes, the exterior is bound to divide opinions, especially with its fastback roofline. Step inside, however, and we will certainly agree in unison that its simplistic layout is ace — with physical, functional buttons at your disposal. The EV4 also extends its environmentally-friendly ethos with eco-friendly materials lathered around the cabin. The Kia EV4 is a car that seeks individuality without compromise; one that aims to discern, without intent. A real symbol of sustainability, inside and out. by @drivenatic

The appeal of estates and wagons can be described simply as a unique one. Because, what if you wanted a low-riding car with 4 doors and a boot that can haul your two-week’s worth of groceries with performance that is in excess of 500hp? It’s not hard to imagine then why the M3 Touring is gaining plenty of traction,!locally and abroad. It’s definitely quick, it’s fun, and let’s face it — it multi-purpose shaped body is far more appealing and intriguing than its sedan sibling! by @drivenatic

From a distance, the smart #5 looks like a Mercedes GLB/EQB. But that’s no surprise, given its Mercedes ties through parent company Geely. Up close though, it has a clear identity of its own.

From the outside, rally-style DRLs for that complete utilitarian feels. Then there’s the cabin, which features Dyson-like design elements enveloped the screens, door handles, and even headrests. The Premium trim this is specced in adds an interactive passenger screen to the mix. Despite its utilitarian look, the drive is impressively refined — comfortable, spacious, and genuinely enjoyable.

In a crowded SUV market, and as a Cat B COE segment, it’s not the easiest justify. But where the #5 stands out is all that matters: driving feel, practicality, and comfort over gimmicks. It’s no mean feat trying to explain how different the #5 feels to the rest of the competition, just as it is hard trying to adjust the AC fan in this car while you’re on the move. But if these images have somehow piqued your interest and you decide to test drive one this weekend, boy will you be in for a real, REAL treat. by @drivenatic

XPENG G6 PERFORMANCE | @xpeng.sg

Back-to-back drive with XPENG, and it truly feels like the PENG（朋） is the missing piece to the YOU（右） in this PENGYOU-ship. Just like its X9 MPV sibling, the G6 is a quite a piece of kit. From its bold, coupe-styled SUV with a sloping rear, one might be compelled to think this is a performance-driven EV SUV. Rightfully so, since this wears a Performance badge. But jump in to the cabin, and you are treated to one of the most sumptuous, opulent cabins you will ever find at this price point. We’re talking nappa leather seats, with the front two hosted by a plethora of electronically-adjusted functions no less than two-way ventilation and 12-way adjustments – with massage.

The drive is silky and robust, yet not intimidating despite its headlining 480-hp and 660nm of torque figures; a similar ethos applied with Bentley’s and Rolls-Royce’s of the yesteryears. The ride is comfortable, thanks to its clever suspension absorbing most road imperfections despite wearing 20-inch wheels all around. If that is a tad much for daily driving, the XPENG G6 will soon be offered as a Category A segment, donning the “AIR” monicker to go alongside the Long Range model that sits in the middle. by @drivenatic

Xpeng X9 Premium | @xpeng.sg

Admit it — you didn’t see this coming, especially with a design this bold. The Xpeng X9 may be a 5.3m-long MPV, but it is undeniably giving main character energy. Designed with the future in mind, it stands out with its sloping rear glass — a rare sight in a segment dominated by flat rear panels. Inside, it’s giving divine: a fridge/warmer rear storage, a 23-speaker Xopera sound system, and dual Zero Gravity rear seats with ventilation and massage for that ultimate boujee experience. On the road, the X9 impresses with well-tuned air suspension, rear-wheel steering, and double-glazed glass for an exceptionally quality ride. Every journey just feels unwantingly shorter, don’t know why. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The Xpeng X9 is now available in Long Range as standard which sees a 510km driving range in a single charge (as tested), with Premium Seat or Grande Seat specification. by @drivenatic

You probably might have seen this bad boy pootling along our urban roads, but couldn’t quite figure out what you’ve just seen. In fact, 99 of them are already here, and the 100th unit was just delivered during the launch! The buzz? The all-new #ZEEKR7X SUV, where its design cues leaves little to imagination on how cars can be future-proofed. When it comes to big luxury cars, more often than not, driving range tend to take a back seat. After all, to cope with their inherently large proportions, a large engine displacement is usually the easy way out. Enter the GAC E9, a new entrant in the MPV segment that will happily shove its competitions away to the sidelines with a combined driving range of up to 1,032km. Owing to its plug-in hybrid powertrain, the 2.0L turbocharged engine and the 25.7kWh battery, when combined, pushes out enough torque that will get you to highway speeds almost effortlessly. All of this as you and your esteemed occupants are comfortably cocooned in a refined, plush, opulent cabin complete with seat massagers at the second row.
