Today was a good day 😊

It’s been 5 years since we last had my De Dion Bouton (Bonnie) running…Dad looked after her for me so since he left us I’ve not felt ready to do much with her.

Go back a few weeks when we were chatting with friends about the Brighton run (Bonnie and I have done it 10 times), they convinced us to get her out for our Car & Coffee event tomorrow at P&A.

I am thrilled they did because driving her again today was really special, I’ve missed it, and I know Dad would be super happy she is running again. Huge thanks to my superman husband @bencosgrove1 for preparing her for me, just like dad used to do ❤️

Look out for more Bonnie spam in the next couple of days 😂 this is me taking my Uncle Andy out for a spin!!

This beauty holds a special place in my heart…the first Silver Ghost I drove when I started working at P & A Wood with Dad and Andy, 20 years ago!

Chassis number 1701 is the original London to Edinburgh Silver Ghost, completing the Top Gear challenge in 1911.

It has been a pleasure to have her on our stand at the @goodwoodrevival this weekend and then for me to drive her over to @rollsroycecars and pop her on display for a couple of weeks. This was a good start to the week 🩶
