POSTS STORIES REELS

This carrier now holds my third baby 👶 and as I pull out all the baby things for the last time, I smile every time 🥰

I am loving that my investments over the years have worked so hard for my family. 🏠

I may not have the latest and greatest. The most fancy or the most in fashion - but each item has held my little loves.

My @ergobaby_au has lasted 8 years and now as the edges have frayed, I am adding some little blooms in celebration of my children. I’ve never embroidered but I’m just following my heart as perfection isn’t the focus.

When instagram feels so full of advice and next greatest things - this part of my life I am sitting in gratefulness for the wonders of days gone by that keep supporting and holding us - literally. 💕 by @drjaceypryjma

After 10years in business at @childrenschiropractic there are a number of things that have helped me understand my business and be clear on where and what to focus on.

I’ve been using @allie_clinicmastery a new software from @clinicmastery and it’s a game changer for numbers AND mentoring.

Being able to run a practice while I have young children is a massive balance - and finding clarity about Feelings vs Facts is important for day to day and planning. It’s also important to keep stress in check with a reality check with clear metrics.

I feel like I’m finally being able to be really clear on the exact measurements that matter for my team as our business is quite difference to other practices. I also use the ai to help support mentoring direction which is an exciting new development.

If you run Cliniko and use Xero like me - check it out!

Days like these….. 🌸

Simple days doing simple things. A little summary of the past week and the start of the school holidays.

I love finding the beautiful moments within their play.

For years I’ve been flat out and now I get to slow down. Enjoy being home. Doing what some may see as mundane but I see as wholesome and grounded.

It’s so easy to think - gosh I should be doing more as a mum. When really we should be doing less?

Childhood doesn’t have to be fancy. Just filled with love, connection and presence. ❤️ by @drjaceypryjma

Just a mum, dancing in the pantry with a fevering baby after 7 days of fevering children trying to make lemon tarts for Fathers days morning tea 🫖 🍋 ….. Ahhh end of winter / spring got us again! Thankful for spring weather 🌻 and our renovated house to make all the hard feel easier. by @drjaceypryjma

What makes ACCC Chiropractors different? ✨

1. We are a practice that sees 79% children, and see them all day long! Most practices see majority adults and happen to see children. We are the opposite. This means that when we learn new skills, techniques or knowledge, we can implement immediately, accumulating expertise so much faster than the average practice.

2. Our practice model is different, we are not individual contractors working under one roof. As an employee model we are designed as a team and work as a very collaborative team and up-level each other constantly. We are all invested in teams growth.

3. We actively support one another and actively refer to one another for second opinions and to ensure excellence for our families. Again, this team model is one that is of a huge benefit for our families. When you have an appointment with us you are potentially working with 7 chiropractors!

These are three things that I’m very proud of and what makes our team so special.

A Day In The Life at @childrenschiropractic ☀️

Today I wanted to share with you some pieces of a two page ‘day in the life’ document that I wrote for our Practice.

What is so wild is the date that I wrote it…. Watch to find out how far back the vision for ACCC goes!

What I failed to mention is that I had forgotten that I wrote this document and one day I was working with Dr Amanda and looked across at her and she smiled back. It was then that I realised my dream practice plan was actually happening!!!

Some thoughts after 10 years of ACCC and 15 years of Well Kids - working our creative muscle can’t be done with chatGPT leading the way.

Do you think we will see a lack of creative differences with the use of AI? #creativebusinessowner #paperandpencil by @drjaceypryjma

We made it. 10years!

What’s a special gift it is to not only have people that believe in you but also do so that they come along for the ride.

I am so proud of the community we have connected, the team we have developed and the impact we have had.

I am sure I’ll have even more to say in the coming days of reflection and soaking in all the amazingness that is Australian Children’s Chiropractic Centre - thank you everyone for making ACCC such a special place over the last 10yrs.
ACCC is more than just a chiropractic practice, it’s a space for families connect back to themselves and tap into their village. by @drjaceypryjma

Gosh I’m loving this life with 3. I am so so grateful for the incredible strength and recovery I have enjoyed thanks to the gym work I had done between Master F and Master B for 3 years prior. I feel so strong and capable!

I’ve been dreaming of my Adventure Mum Era. It’s here! I feel I’ve packed a lot into the last two weeks!

And as I celebrate this side of life, Australian Children’s Chiropractic Centre turns 10!!!

I remember saying to my landlord ‘I have no idea what life will be like, when I’ll have kids and how I will manage it all during this time’ as I signed my 10 yr lease, but I backed myself and knew I would work it out as we went. And I did!

I’m looking forward to the festivities this weekend with our village and collaborators from over the last 10years. by @drjaceypryjma

Last week was my first social outings with Master B and F. I didn’t get many photos or videos as I had my hands full but I loved being able to start connecting back into the wonderful community of women around me.

Firstly a beautiful morning at @acacia.play on Friday and then The Winter Weave event on Saturday with all three kids.

It’s crazy to think that the majority of these connections came from running @childrenschiropractic and then continue to develop thanks to ACCC and the incredible work of Sam at Acacia Play.

Both of us believe in the power of connection and community and I look forward to leaning into both this maternity leave and postpartum space. by @drjaceypryjma

I had popped this pic in my stories but I love it so much I wanted to add it on the grid.
This is the most beautiful thing about our mornings. Snuggles, smiles, cuddles and silliness…. For the first 30mins before pure chaos ensues. But those 30mins are glorious. by @drjaceypryjma

We are just so in love with this beautiful boy! Our first trip out and about was to see the ladies at Australian Children’s Chiropractic Centre, naturally!

So often @childrenschiropractic is the first stop after birth for our families. We see women on their way back from hospital, or after spending time in their bubble and then emerging for some postpartum and newborn support.

Master B, like all my kids was born with some neck and shoulder tension AND another tongue tie. So nurturing him in his unwinding and preparing for the release are important steps in his journey.

It was so lovely to spend a few hours, chatting with our beautiful team, catching up with families and enjoying a cup of tea while we waiting for our adjustments. Such a wonderful place for families, I can’t believe we have been supporting our local community for 10 years now!! It’s very special to be able to enjoy the space as a mother today, in need for wonderful nervous system support. by @drjaceypryjma
