#TBT: I am thankful for get the opportunity to start my career as an educator at the Universal Audenreid Charter High School. Throughout my humble beginnings, I can say that there were a lot of lessons learned as well as skills gained throughout the journey. The biggest was to ALWAYS GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY THAT YOU CAME FROM. Without the community, there will be no Dr. Hayes. Stay humble and stay moving. #DrJAH #KEY24 #STEM #STEAM #TheLifeStyle #ELYTE #ElyteUNetwork #Empire #InvestNYou #InvestInOthers #HBCU #Inspiration @dr.steveperry @iamsteveharveytv @blackenterprise @chrisemdin @elyteunetwork @vector.90 @glassesloc @david.a.gross @breakfastclubam @cthagod taken in Universal Audenried Charter High School by @drjahayes

Wow! This past Saturday was historic. Thank you to Insights PA Cyber Charter School for allowing me to serve as their keynote speaker for their Class of 2024 commencement ceremony. It was a honor to speak to 400+ graduates and their parents for this momentous occasion as they transition towards their new roles in society for their post secondary careers.

Shoutout to Philly, Lancaster, and other areas within in the state!

Always remember to have your MVP.

Much love, #DrJAH

For the past three years, I've worked closely with high school and college students, inspiring them to do more than join the clean-tech workforce by encouraging them to invent and own their own technologies.

If you're a 9th-12th grade educator in Delaware, I invite you to join us at an upcoming event where I'll be speaking alongside other influential leaders in the state. We'll be discussing the exciting developments shaping the future of emerging technologies and economies.

Today is Black History Month! Since kindergarten, I was exposed to various black figures (other than Martin Luther King). My parents were intentional in showing me black scientist and urged me to learn about one each year. Out of them all, I was drawn to George Washington Carver, who made a significant impact on the innovation of yams and peanuts.

Fast forward, I was humbled to become black history after becoming the youngest PhD in Applied Chemistry in America. Due to that, Disney Junior reached out to me and asked to draw me as a cartoon for their Black History. Seeing the commercial, I was grateful to be an inspiration to black and brown children in the United States and around the world.

This month, strive to make history in your community and make impacts that will create significant effects in the world.
