When the smile is in Harmony, everything changes.

This incredible patient was referred to us by our partners at @hkbcosmeticsurgery as part of her journey toward looking and feeling her very best.
Years of wear had affected not only her smile, but also the overall Harmony of her facial appearance.
Through comprehensive full-mouth reconstruction, we restored function, balance, and natural beauty—creating a smile that complements her features and reflects the vibrant woman she is.
The result isn't just a new smile.
It's renewed confidence, restored health, and a transformation that radiates from within.
We are grateful for the collaboration with the talented team at @hkbcosmeticsurgery and for the trust this patient placed in us.
✨ Swipe to see the transformation.

🔥A beautiful result is often the product of exceptional collaboration.🔥

@drjoechichetti of @theharmonysmile, appreciates A-dec's Integrated implant motor system for the way it reduces clutter, streamlines workflows, and creates a more efficient experience for clinicians and patients. With no need for extra counterspace for an implant motor there’s less clutter—and more opportunity for future expansion. See why he advises planning for the future with a modular setup that’s ready to go when you are.

Full mouth reconstruction might be the most misunderstood treatment in dentistry.

It doesn't mean replacing every tooth. It means understanding:
-why teeth are wearing down
-why things keep cracking
-how your bite fits together

Then building a plan around how your mouth actually works. Sometimes that's a few teeth. Sometimes it's more.

All October, Dr. Chichetti is answering your questions: what it is, who it's for, how long it takes, and what it really involves. Leave yours in the comments.

If your teeth have been breaking, wearing down, or just don't feel right, book a Harmony Smile Assessment, complimentary for qualified new patients during our launch phase.

Taking centric relation in full arch restorative cases when increasing the vertical dimension can be challenging. I have found taking it digitally using a leaf gauge tracking on a wax up transfer is super accurate and predictable! After prepping I use luxatemp to transfer the wax up to the anterior, set the condyles, and then Scan the bite bilaterally. Very predictable!

Nobody told us this in dental school. But it might be the most important thing. 👇
Dr. Joe Cicchetti has two thriving practices, a cosmetic learning center, and a nationally taught protocol. And the biggest difference maker in his career?
Not the Cerec. Not the $35K average treatment plan.
Consistency. Not discipline. Consistency.

I genuinely feel lucky to do what I do.

Getting to know my patients, hearing their stories, and being trusted with something as personal as their smile is something I’ll never take for granted. Reading words like these means more to me than I can say.

Grateful for every person who has trusted me along the way.
