Ridiculously in love with these #selfies from my beautiful patient just 4 WEEKS 🤯 out from her facial rejuvenation procedure!

She’s healing great after her extended deep-plane facelift, neck lift with deep sculpting, brow reset, upper and lower blepharoplasty, micro fat grafting, and CO2 laser resurfacing. And the best part is, it’s only getting better from here! Send her some love in the comments! 👇

Just 9 DAYS out from surgery I had my breath taken away when my beautiful patient sent me these before&after selfies! 😲
.
She had previously lost a ton of weight which was great, but it left her with significant extra skin and premature facial aging. This is very common and often makes it difficult to enjoy a new healthy lifestyle. In order to address this, I performed an extended deep-plane facelift, necklift with deep sculpting and platysmaplasty, and also a temporal brow lift to open up the eyes and help ensure a smooth facial contour.
.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE her new refreshed look!! Her confidence is absolutely beaming and her energy is infectious. She's a lovely person inside and out and I'm so grateful she trusted me with her face! 🙏

Wondering about sexual activity after elective surgery? You're not alone.

Send me a DM with your questions (or in the comments below) and I'll put together a comprehensive video going over it all. taken in Cohen Clinic for Plastic Surgery by @drjustincohen

I feel like "happy PA week" is not enough to express how grateful I am and we are for having our amazing PA Lena in our lives. She goes above and beyond for our patients literally every day and my only wish is that we could clone her! Happy week to all of you PAs out there! 🎉 taken in Cohen Clinic for Plastic Surgery by @drjustincohen

As we age, gravity causes the muscles, fat, and soft tissues of the face to shift downward.

Repositioning those tissues is an important part of facial rejuvenation, but it’s not always the whole story.

Restoring volume where it has been lost can be just as important in creating a result that looks balanced, refreshed, and natural.

The goal isn’t to add volume for the sake of volume. It’s to restore what time has changed and bring the face back into harmony.
