I don’t want you to sit and listen to a lecture. 🌟 I want you to move and experience, then practice.

Over my many years of teaching, my students have often said, “this is magical” or “this is different from any other workshop I’ve attended.” I help you to open up, to experience deeper levels of healing and connection.

The world has forgotten the amazing Power within us, that is encoded into all of our cells. We just need to tune in.

Pay attention to the signals of your body, and treat yourself with random acts of kindness!

It doesn’t matter whether it’s a headache or heaviness in your soul. Ask yourself, as you would a small child, “What do you need? What can I do for you?”

And then listen.
