Prayer changes things!! That line of communication is always open and it’s up to us to use it. Have a wonderful weekend and don’t forget even the simplest of prayers matter. #livetobewell #drkimlogannowlin #detroit #detroittherapist #prayer 🙏🏾 by @drkimnow

What an amazing experience to celebrate Gospel for the 41st @thestellars. From the @gospelindustrycoalition panel, to the celebrity basketball game, brunch, the Pre-Show, and then the main event!!! Love to my daughter @ml_six for getting me involved and showing me a great time! Gospel music is the best genre!!! #stellarawards #livetobewell #drkimlogannowlin #charlotte #gospelmusic by @drkimnow

Took some time to slow down and spend time with my daughter @ml_six and family. It was much needed. Sometimes you don’t realize how much your body needs the reset. Seeing other countries, eating new fresh vegan foods, spending time at the spa… I took my own advice and I decided to live to be well on vacation!! #livetobewell #Drkim #sunprincesscruise ##barcelona #france🇫🇷 #italy🇮🇹 #rome #family ‘#motherdaughterlove by @drkimnow
