7 years ago I married my best friend. And every year since has been better than the last.

From packing up and moving to Florida while I grinded through chiro school, to her moving back to Tennessee 7 months pregnant so I could start my career and we could start our family.. she never flinched. Not once.

I wouldn’t have the practice, the life, or the version of myself I’m proud of without her doing life by my side.

Slowed the pace. Put the phones down. Soaked up the moments.

Getting away with the family is always a reminder of what really matters.. unrushed mornings, long walks, laughs, and watching these boys grow right in front of us.
