After more than 11,000 surgical procedures and working in 34 hospitals across England, Spain, Italy and the UAE, I have had the privilege of working alongside hundreds of outstanding healthcare professionals.

Yet I can honestly say that I have rarely encountered a team with the level of efficiency, professionalism and dedication I experience every time I operate at Dubai London Hospital.

My sincere gratitude to the entire team for the excellence you bring to your work, your commitment, and the exceptionally high standards you maintain every day.

I am truly grateful for the privilege of bringing my patients to Dubai London Hospital and operating alongside such an exceptional team.

Thank you all. 🙏🏻 by @drmariorusso

I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to talk about this part… 🤍

There’s so much about the last few years that I kept to myself. What was happening to my body, how much it changed, how I felt watching it change and how much of myself I felt I lost along the way

I think sometimes when people see the “after”, they have no idea what came before it

And this was my before 🤲

Not just the body you see in a pictures/videos… but everything that happened to her

I’ve never shared some of what I say in this video before, and I won’t lie, it feels a little scary putting it out there

But after reading your comments and messages on Part 1, I realised how many women have their own version of this story

Different reasons!
Different bodies!
Different timelines!

So… here’s a little more of mine🤍

Non so quale sarà la strada, ma so chi voglio al mio fianco. @valeria_cristodaro ❤️

I don’t know where we’re going, but I know who I want to go there with.

18 years later… I finally did it 💃🥳

But this isn’t really a story about a “mommy makeover”

It’s about timing ✨

For years, my body carried pregnancies, motherhood, illness, weight gain, weight loss… and a version of me that slowly stopped feeling like me🥹

I could have done this years ago

I just wasn’t ready🤷‍♀️

And I’m so glad I waited until I was

There is no deadline for coming back to yourself. No age you should have done it by. No timeline you need to follow because everyone else seems to be doing it♥️

For me, the right time happened to be almost two decades later💪

And this is only the beginning of the story 🤍

This is Part 1 🤍

And there is so much more I want to tell you 🫣🥹

Focus. Precision. Commitment.

In surgery, there is no room for distraction.
Every movement has a purpose, every decision matters, and every detail counts.

Fully focused. Fully present.
This is where experience, precision, and passion come together.

The art of surgery begins with absolute concentration.
