Father - I'll love you for (more than) a thousand years 💚 by @drmcmoody

Anyone who knew my father knows he had a tee shirt for every occasion, every place he'd travel, every place anyone else had traveled, and every vendor he'd done business with. 🤣 I'm sure I'm aging myself, but who remembers Erol's video? At first I was torn between whether to wear his tees or just keep them put away, but hey... here I am (and coordinating with this head wrap too). 🩷 by @drmcmoody

Yesterday was two years... you are still on my mind daily with lessons of living in gratitude, and being proud to be 100% me. I love you, father. 💕 by @drmcmoody

Places I’m not going in 2026. Except this post might be violating number 5 though! 🤣💕#peace #joy #change by @drmcmoody

Happy Heavenly Birthday, Dad! Today would have marked double infinity for you… 88! You were in my spirit all day today and initially I didn’t realize why. I spent much of the day setting up appointments with folks to come and fix things around my house. I didn’t even connect in those moments that it was your birthday yet, but you knew I needed a push, and this morning you spoke to me. I’m not surprised, because you never were one to let taking care of business linger. Thank you for the visit. I love and miss you! by @drmcmoody

“What’s your spirit scent? May it smell like grace and steadiness, and joy and truth. May it be the aroma of someone God is shaping on purpose!”

I love this wisdom by @zinajacque … “You do get to choose. You choose what you leave behind! You choose the presence that remains once you’ve walked out!” Tell me - what’s your spirit scent going to be this year? #spiritscent #change #peace #joy by @drmcmoody

Even though this dance started as an attempt to clown my #nikeknwls, there’s always good energy when my family is together! 💕🤓 These shoes are magical! Wait until the end for the closeup of these #nike by @drmcmoody
