Happiest Birthday, Carol Sims❤️🎉

The laughs, the tears, the smiles, the fears… whew, we’ve lived through some things together. Through every high and every low, every celebration and every storm, we have held one another down, prayed one another through, and loved each other through it all.

There is no one else I would have rather shared this journey with. Some people come into your life for a season, but then there are those special souls who become part of your story forever. You are one of those people for me.

I thank God for every memory, every lesson, every laugh until we cried, and even the moments that tested us—because through it all, we’re still standing, still loving, and still connected.

I love you on purpose, Carol. May this new year of life overflow with peace, favor, joy, good health, answered prayers, and blessings you didn’t even see coming.

When I say I have the “dopest clients”, I truly mean it! They continue to push, persevere, and choose themselves no matter what life brings. They show up week after week committed to becoming healthier and stronger—and when I ask them to support a cause, they don’t just show up… **they show ALL the way out!**

This year’s **Back-to-School Book Bag Drive** has been nothing short of amazing, and my heart is full. Your generosity, love, and willingness to pour into our children means more than words can express.

I am so grateful for Sista’s who spare nothing when it comes to the love we have for one another. Whenever there is a need, they will stop at nothing behind your back lol..to figure out a plan. I’m usually on the other side of the behind the back plans 🥰.

Quiana Sowell (our prayer warrior) will wake up in the early hours just to make sure we can fellowship over breakfast, which means more to us than she could imagine.

I often work late at the office because the computer screens are larger, so my Sistas Nedra Joiner Cole Mba ThenewMonica Lytrice Kirby Authoress Sylvia C went behind my back and bought me a larger monitor for my home so I would not have to stay at work late charting. Of course, I cried like a baby.

That level of care, thoughtfulness, and love is truly beyond words. I am blessed to have Sistas who see me, support me, and always make sure I am covered. I love my Sistas dearly! ❤️ by @drmhirsch
