I took 2 months off leg day. And no lie. I missed it!

Today wasn’t pretty, but I SHOWED UP. That’s what matters.

Stop waiting until you feel motivated. Get your ass up and get to work. 💯

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be consistent.

Only bad workout is the one you didn’t do.

Back to work. 🦵🏽💪🏽🔥

September 1st. First of the month.

What you waiting for? Stop saying you’re gonna start tomorrow. Stop putting the gym off. Stop saying you’re gonna eat right.

You got time, but the time is NOW. 💪🏽

Start this month off on a good pace. Get active, stay focused, and make yourself a priority.

Let’s get it! 🏋🏽‍♂️🔥 by @drop73caprice

💯 100 DAYS IN THE GYM! 💪🏽🔥
40 lbs down in 6 months, but this journey is about more than losing weight, it’s about building strength, discipline, and becoming a better me.

Day 100 with my nephew @lilking__510 on chest day! 🫡(my favorite day😂)

100 days down… let’s see what another 100 can do. 🔥 by @drop73caprice

Y’all know me, I’m hella last minute with these ideas 😂 but I had this thought today and said, fuck it, let’s make it happen.

Me and my wife always do our Christmas Toy Drive, but this year we wanna do a 3-part giveback — Halloween 🎃, Thanksgiving 🦃 and Christmas 🎄.

For Halloween, we wanna bless 5–10 Oakland kids in need with a costume and a little basket.

If you know a kid who could use some love, DM me. And if you wanna donate or help, hit my DM too. The more we raise, the more kids we can bless.

Let’s make it happen, Oakland. ❤️🎃 by @drop73caprice

JOHN WICK × CUSTOM ORDER FOR @disable_bandz_tay 🔥

Had to put my own spin on this one. That clean turquoise classic, chrome rims, and the John Wick just hit different. 🥶

Custom T-shirts & hoodies available. If you got a car, character, photo, or idea you want turned into a design, hit me up.

You bring the idea — I’ll create the heat. 🔥

I think I’m done looking for a Buick Regal GS Supercharged. 😂 Every one I find has something wrong with it—ripped seats, beat-up interior, or mechanical issues.

So I might just put that money into my old school and throw a supercharger on it instead. 👀🔥 Might be the next move! by @drop73caprice
