I’ve spoken about this before. The stereotypical idea of what a “strong man” is truly, is the opposite. The unnecessary bravado, the neediness to feel like the alpha in any room etc etc. It’s a sign of lack of understanding of self. Strength is understanding who you are. showing and acknowledging emotions and feelings as man isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s strength. We all see men that are soft and loving to their wife’s, mothers and daughters yet the stereotype of men that show emotion is considered weak. Threaten his family or loved ones and you will learn that every lion hunts quickly and quietly. by @drouxleague

“Change your mind” control how you view things. There is always a positive outlook in everything. If you can’t see the positive outlook it’s because your the “positive “ result. You can always be thankful for being you. by @drouxleague
