POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

2019 summarized in 9 pics.
Started taking a selfie everyday other day for an entire year. You’d be so surprised how much you change in a month.
Started listening to the Joe Rogan Podcast @joerogan - every episode is different with a whole array of guests. From science to comedy to gym. A very diverse show to listen to - also learnt about the post nut syndrome 😂🤣 Started powerlifting - I would never have thought that I would squat above 180kgs. Even with no cartilage in my knee. The human body is capable of amazing things. Never doubt yourself.
Started reading 12 rules for Life by @jordan.b.peterson . It has helped with developing me as person both on a Emotional and Psychological level.
Started on the Vertical diet. That emphasizes gut/digestive health and has been truly amazing. I’ve never eaten this much spinach in my life 😂

Started writing a blog - why?
Because it’s hard af and that’s what I like about it. The challenge to commit to something and the instant gratification when you complete a post.
Started studying for my South African Medical board exam - after months of stress, anxiety and a lot more grey hairs - I Passed.
Wishing you a wonderful year ahead- Happy New year ! 🎆
