📸 Honored to be the first woman featured on the cover of Implant Practice magazine! 🦷✨ This is more than just a personal milestone—it’s a chance to spark critical conversations about the commodification of dental care. Let’s break free from the race to the bottom and elevate our practices with cutting-edge technology, holistic solutions, and a focus on the whole patient. 💪

We can only directly care for so many patients, but through inspiration and collaboration, we can empower other providers to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Together, we can touch and elevate countless lives. 🌟

Thank you to everyone who supports this mission. Let’s keep raising the bar for dentistry—one patient and one practice at a time. 💖

Can AI prove dental treatment worked?
That question inspired my latest article in Compendium, featuring the treatment of a failing dental implant using the LAPIP® laser protocol and the use of Overjet AI to objectively evaluate the treatment outcome.
As artificial intelligence becomes more integrated into dentistry, I believe the future of AI in dentistry lies in better patient communication, more objective treatment evaluation, and greater confidence in clinical decision-making.
I’m honored to have this case featured in the 2026 My Finest Case issue of Compendium. I hope it encourages more conversations about AI in dentistry, laser dentistry, and how emerging technology can improve patient care through objective, evidence-based evaluation. #AIInDentistry #DentalImplants #LaserDentistry #Periodontist #OverjetAI taken in Connecticut, USA by @drsarahbalaster
