Presence. Autumn always gets me feeling reflective and I love taking a moment to look back at the year. This year what I am proud of most is having a peace of mind and being more present. For those of us with neurodivergent minds, this can be a challenge and I am no stranger to this. Presence, for me, has become a journey of accepting all the parts of myself: the playful, the silly, the messy, and most importantly, the beauty. As women we are often praised for being humble but I wonder how much of humility is about shrinking ourselves. Suppressing our truth, power and capabilities, so that we are palatable to others (and that others can take credit for our work lol). I’m still on this journey for myself, and for the women I have the privilege of working with in the community - which I will be sharing more about soon! by @drsayeedaali

Feeling blessed to end this incredible chapter! Thank you to all my amazing friends and family for keeping me grounded - could not have done this without you ❤️ Graduation day was quite the adventure. Due to a mix-up with seating, I didn’t get to walk the stage with my friends. I was so sad but as always, God had better plans because we closed the ceremony with a Keffiyeh 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸 All praise be to God for all these blessings, forever grateful 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 by @drsayeedaali
