Ran into @drjeffyoo outside UCLA Medical Center, and he asked me for a quick interview right there on the spot.

We talked about my journey as a Beverly Hills cosmetic specialist, insights on choosing a doctor, and shared a few laughs along the way.

Dr. Yoo, thank you for duch a fun experience. You’ve built an incredible platform teaching people how to take care of their health, and it was an honor to be part of it.

Full interview coming soon.

The sad truth is that today's standard treatments for mental health issues fail 40-70% of the time.

By contrast the new psychedelic therapues and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation succeed 65-90% of the time.

This is the future!

At NuvoMind, we help people struggling with depression, anxiety, and the effects of trauma in the core nervous system.

We start by listening, reviewing your health history, and learning what you’ve already tried. Then we create a care plan around your needs.

We explain each step and provide follow-up support throughout your care.

When you have young children and may want more, surgery isn’t just about results. It’s about recovery, lifestyle, and protecting the outcome long-term.

Sometimes the best decision is knowing when to wait. That conversation is just as important as the procedure itself 🤰

There’s a reason I tried XERF on myself first. I never bring a new service or technology to my practice that I'm not willing to do in myself or a family member. If it's not good enough for me then it's not good enough for my patients. 📝🥼
