👇👇 How I moved past my fear of delegation👇👇

Building a business is like raising a child—nurturing, guiding, and protecting it every step of the way. Trusting others with your “baby” can be one of the toughest challenges. For me, it’s been a love-hate relationship.

On one hand, entrusting my team has allowed my business to scale beyond what I could have imagined. It’s incredible to see talented people bring their unique strengths to the table, helping us grow and reach new heights together. 🌟

But let’s be real—it’s not always easy. Handing over control, especially when your business is your passion, can stir up fear and doubt. What if something goes wrong? What if they don’t get it right?

Yet, every time I’ve taken that leap of faith, the results have been worth it. Trusting others has not only freed up my time to focus on the bigger picture but has also brought fresh perspectives and ideas that have propelled us forward.

Trust is a powerful tool. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s essential for growth. The love comes in seeing the magic happen when others step up, and the hate—well, that’s just the fear talking. Embrace it all, and watch your business soar. 💪✨

The greatest thing I can leave my daughter as a father isn’t just the ability to throw a punch. It’s the belief that she can face anything life throws at her.

Boxing teaches more than fighting. It teaches confidence, courage, discipline, and the power of believing in yourself.

Girls aren’t born to be protected from every battle. They’re born with the strength to become warriors.

I’m not raising my daughter to fear the world. I’m raising her to know the world should never make her doubt her strength. 🥊❤️

Gigi partied hard this summer and now she’s off to her first day of day care TODAY! Is she going to think about us as much as we think about her during her first day? 😂😭🥹 I suppose I’ll stare at @zaygreen357, Maddie, Apollo the gym and the computer for the day.

Happy Anniversary, my love. Here’s to many more years of choosing each other.

May we never slow down. May we stay present. May we continue to explore, expand, and grow. May we continue to raise our daughter with love, build the life we’ve dreamed of, and embrace every chapter that comes our way.

May we continue to laugh, love, and evolve together. And most importantly, through every high, every low, and everything in between, may we always choose each other.

Because the greatest adventure isn’t where life takes us it’s knowing I get to take the journey with you.

More life. More love. More memories. More blessings. And always, more us. ❤️ by @drsharonelefant
