I am blessed. My dream to create a uniquely intimate, soul-luxuriating and healing experience for women came true.🙏✨🤍

This reel is a tiny glimpse into our last retreat. A story of 9 women (most meeting for the first time), gathered with a shared purpose - to remember, reawaken and reclaim themselves🤍.

When I get asked how the retreat was, I find it tricky sometimes to sum it up in words. To say it was *magic* doesn’t do it justice, because it was more.

It was a feeling of gentleness, love, joy, vulnerability, surrender, awakening, raw connection, beauty, power and light, wrapped up in a warm healing embrace of sisterhood. That’s my best attempt at summing it up in words!☺️🙈🙌

Anyone else have epiphanies in the shower?🚿 Maybe it’s because it’s the only pocket of time that’s free from distractions, but showers and right before I fall asleep are when I have my ah-ha thoughts. Funny enough, also when I’m not able to take notes to remember them!

This one particular moment of clarity came to me a while back in the shower and I was sure to make a good hard mental note because I didn’t want to forget it.

I’m sharing it here in case it might help you like it’s helped me shift from feeling self-defeated to self-acceptance when the voices around are less than supportive of your choices.🤍

Reliving the magic of our April retreat with this reel✨ Our beautiful lakeside home for the weekend was the perfect backdrop for what turned out to be the most beautiful time together of soulful rejuvenation, heart-opening self-discovery & high vibe sisterhood🤍🤍🤍.

It was so important to me to find a location that aligned with the Soul Rise vibe. Where women can come as they are, feel welcomed, find safety, comfort, beauty, and relax into their feminine power. @beachhouseniagara felt like a dream and can’t wait to return again for our next Soul Rise weekend immersion this Fall🤍🙏✨

I’m not what people have said.

People have said I’m too quiet, I’m too shy, I’m too sensitive and that I need to change myself to find success in this life.

The more I get to know myself and let go of the thoughts that aren’t mine, I’m finding more courage to simply be me. In the process, I’m finding more joy, peace, beauty and freedom along the way🤍.

Learning to reconnect to your body, your inner voice and your dreams is what finding your inner peace is all about✨✌️.

Can you feel it? Spring rolling on in 🙌🌞.

It might feel like a subtle lift in energy or mood. Or motivation to do something fun or new. Or a sense of joy washing over you as you think of getting out and connecting with people again.

All of these feelings can come this time of year and it's the perfect time to lean into new challenges, new beginnings or surprise yourself with saying yes to something that scares you, but deep down you know is meant for you🙏.
