What was supposed to be our usual Tuesday lunch meeting quickly turned into a celebration we’ll never forget! 🎉❤️

Every Tuesday at ChiropracTED, our teams come together to discuss patient care, clinical protocols, and ways to continue providing the highest quality care to our community. But on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, everyone had a different agenda…

Meanwhile, Dr. Ted was sitting in the meeting room, anxiously waiting for everyone to arrive so the meeting could begin—completely unaware that an unforgettable surprise was about to unfold. 😄

Suddenly, the doors flew open and the entire ChiropracTED family—from our Southwest, Henderson, Summerlin, and Personal Injury Department—burst into the room with cheers, applause, and excitement to celebrate his birthday! 🥳🎂

The surprises didn’t stop there! Dr. Ted was surrounded by the people who mean the most to him—his mother, father, brother, his best friend who flew in from Georgia, the children of ChiropracTED, his nephew, niece, and goddaughter. Then came an unforgettable mariachi performance, arranged by his partner, who is also a professional chef and prepared an incredible homemade feast for everyone to enjoy. ❤️🎺🍽️

The celebration ended with the entire ChiropracTED family gathered together for one big family photo—a perfect reminder that we’re more than coworkers. We’re family, united by a shared mission to serve our patients and our community with compassion and excellence.

There are moments that remind you just how special this journey has been.

For Dr. Ted’s birthday, our Henderson, Southwest, Summerlin, and Personal Injury Department teams all came together under one roof to celebrate. From a surprise mariachi band and an incredible meal prepared by his partner, a professional chef, to the little ones of the ChiropracTED family joining in the celebration, it was a day filled with joy, laughter, and gratitude.

But in true Dr. Ted fashion, he reminded everyone that every day is a celebration at ChiropracTED. Every patient we help, every family we serve, and every life we impact is a reason to be thankful. That’s what makes this work so meaningful.

It’s rare that every clinic has the opportunity to come together at the same time, making this a truly magical moment we’ll always cherish. Thank you to our amazing team for making this birthday one to remember—and for continuing to serve our Las Vegas community with compassion, excellence, and heart every single day.

Wow… my birthday was the BEST. ❤️

Family. My incredible work family. My BFF who flew in from Georgia. A surprise mariachi band and amazing food from my partner—all at ChiropracTED! 🥹

And the biggest surprise? My entire ChiropracTED family showed up to celebrate. Team members from Summerlin, Henderson, Southwest, and even our PI Department all came together just to surprise me. I truly felt so loved.

To top it all off, I ended the day with my fitness family at the gym. What a perfect way to celebrate another year of life.

My heart is so full. Thank you to everyone who took the time to celebrate, send a message, call, or simply show up. You made this birthday one I’ll never forget. I am beyond grateful. 💙🎉

It’s hard to believe we’ve known each other for 10 years. What started as coworkers turned into a friendship that became family. We’ve stood by each other through life’s highest highs and deepest lows, celebrating wins, grieving losses, chasing dreams, and helping build something we’re both proud of.

You were 27 when we met… and wow, what a journey it’s been. 16 years after… here we are.

Who would’ve thought that the guy who walked into my Zumba class one day, fresh out of chiropractic school, would become one of the business owners and humans I admire the most?

I’ve had the privilege of watching your story from day minus zero. I’ve seen the long days, the sacrifices, the doubts, the closed doors, and the moments not everyone else got to see. I’ve also seen your heart. The way you love your family. The way you care for your patients. The way you’ve built your business with integrity instead of shortcuts. You never stopped showing up.

Also…thank you for believing in me, for cheering on my crazy dreams before they made sense, for talking me through the hard moments, and for always knowing exactly what I need to hear. You’ve been one of the people who reminds me to keep going, and you’ll never know how much that has meant to me.

I remember when I told you I was going to build a magazine, most people said “that’s crazy” or “you won’t survive” you said: FINALLY, what took you so long?” That gave me so much more confidence.

And then there’s your love for Mariah Carey. 😂 I honestly think it’s the perfect example of who you are. When you love something, you go all in. Whether it’s your family, your friends, your work, or your favorite artist, you love with your whole heart. You don’t pretend to be cool. You don’t hold back. You just love unapologetically, and I think that’s one of the things I admire most about you.

Sometimes it probably looks like I’m in the background, but just know I’ve always been front and center, cheering for you. Watching your wins has brought me just as much joy as celebrating my own.

Happy Birthday, BFF. Thank you for your friendship, your loyalty, your wisdom, your ridiculous Mariah Carey obsession, and for making this world a little better one adjustment, one conversation, and one act of kindness at a time.

Happy Birthday to my Teddy, my gusband, and one of the most special people in my life. ❤️

One of the things I love most about us is that no matter how much time passes, there is still this beautiful thread that connects us. We’ve grown, changed, lived through different seasons, and yet I love us in every version we’ve been. I love the history we share, the memories we’ve made, the laughter, the ridiculousness, and all the little things that make us us.

And I love every version of Teddy. The person you were, the person you are, and the person you’re still becoming. I feel so lucky that I get to know and love all of them. You are such a beautiful part of my life, and I hope you always know just how much you mean to me.
