In this season I am finding that I get more pleasure from speaking, teaching, and facilitating workshops. So, I’ve decided to end my private coaching.

I love private coaching because I really get closer with my clients. I love seeing the transformations they make and watching the glow-ups as they post on social media🙂. And, I also recognize the toll on me.

Today, though, I had a session with an elder and she said I just helped her release something she’s been carrying for 30 years. And her tears made me have tears and I really had to have a moment of gratitude for the ways that Spirit uses me.

Speaking with another client this weekend and they said “I really just think you are an open channel for whatever needs to come through in the moment. And I am so grateful for you.”

As I transition, I am happy to get these types of affirmations. It’s like the Universe giving me a 👍🏾.

I’m torn between “perception is wild,” “childhood body trauma is long lasting,” and “thank god for growth.”

Cause the way you could not have convinced me that I was not fat. I looked at these same pics in the early 2000s and continued to believe myself, when myself said to myself, “I’m fat.”

It also didn’t help that according to the medical weight charts, I have been classified as obese most of my adult life.

In hindsight, the fat was definitely not in the room with us. And in all things, I give thanks for growth.
