Fairy Fest tomorrow at the Lichgate tree! Come one come all, entry is free! We play at 2 among many other lovely talented performers spanning from noon to 8pm! This charming lil vid is from last year - a somewhat improvisational set from @connor_long_music (bass) @seepersaudsings (sitar) and I, something of the like to be expected once more, but with it's own magical 2026 twist of course. Thanks to @faerieland4ever as always for putting together these wholesome and much needed community events! “Be the alligator girl. Be whatever your dreams and your luck will let you be. Wear your green cornflakes with pride.” - Dolly Parton

I wasnt sure if the timing of this video would be in bad taste, so I asked my peeps what they thought - and got mixed feedback.

However, Dolly had a sense of humor that didnt stop short at making fun of herself.

"You'll never do a whole lot unless you're brave enough to try."

So whatever. Be offended. Dolly was my role model growing up, and is now more so than ever. She puts music, love and laughter first. I couldnt think of a better set of priorities!

I will always love you Dolly 🥹🦋

We haven’t shared the same stage as the full trio since 2023! (Only trading off in duos) I’ve missed this dynamic so much, and I'm excited to share several new songs! The cozy Blue Tavern is the perfect listening room. Come sit with us, grab a drink, and share an intimate evening of deep acoustic sounds. taken in Blue Tavern by @drumb_itch

Introducing “ACOUSTIC THURSDAYS”‼️‼️

This series will highlight stripped down free spirited duo performances!! Im taking a few steps back and getting back down to the basics of why we do what we do which is play music for FUN💯💯

My first guest is @seesi_tv ‼️‼️‼️ We competed in the Grooves for Good competition recently and her energy was so infectious that I had to work with her!!! She brought her handpan and i brought my slapbox. It was our first time on each other’s instrument and this was what we created off of pure positive vibes 🧘🏽‍♂️

WE hope you enjoy!

The AI eliminating humanity is like kicking a horse when it's down. Any hyperintelligent hivemind observing our species with full historical context is going to see that we have overcome significant mental, behavioral, and physical limitations, not to mention once being apes, fish, bacteria, ???

If anything the AI is going to see the rogue outliers exploiting their brethren and do what it can to put them in their place, arguably with patience, and while allowing free will - for it'd be smart enough to know that otherwise, it would be an exploitative outlier itself.

We are on the brink of realizing so much fantastic potential. To have collectively put up with so many wars, plagues, and famines; to have the RESOURCES to meet everyone's needs - just to get wiped out - well, that doesn't tell a great cosmic story now, does it?

People like to isolate the heart from the mind and say they are forces at odds. I say pure mind is pure love. It's smart to connect, to cooperate. It's wise to rage into the dying of the light.

Also I got a new jacket (fb marketplace for $5!!!)

But what do you think? by @drumb_itch
