ARTIST SPOTLIGHT SERIES

LONNIE BALDWIN

Lonnie is a well-known drummer throughout the North and South Jersey areas, with a musical journey that started right in the church where his mother served as the organist. That first opportunity behind the drums quickly sparked something special.

From there, Lonnie began playing for local artists, building his reputation and developing his signature feel. He soon found himself working in the studio, laying down drums for a variety of local artists, and before long, the calls started coming from some of the bigger names in the industry.

Today, Lonnie is the touring drummer for the Phyllis Hyman Tribute Band, continuing to bring his experience, feel, and musicality to every stage.

You don't have to listen for long to hear it - Lonnie is a true pocket drummer who understands how to serve the song. His feel, timing, and ability to lock in are what make him such a standout player.

We're excited to have Lonnie Baldwin representing Attack! 🔥🥁
