This past Saturday at @theduckhouston with the guys @12amriverchoir 🤙
This one is called, “Run Away From Me” that is on an earlier album, “Welcome to Delirium?“ that @drumitch87 played on.
This is one of my favorite songs to play, not only because of the words, but because of how simple and out of the way the drums really are.
I make it a point, for songs like this, to highlight @deliriumiddleton telling the story without interrupting. I sing on this one as well so the less I have to worry about, the better🤠
And in a small room that sounds good, it’s even more fun!✌️❤️🤘

🎧Headphones or Speakers🔊
Recommended for this🔥

Nothing Compressed
No Effects
Everything is relatively flat EQ wise
.
Just letting the drums sing @mapexdrums
Easy to do with @audixmics 🔥
(I will mention, My EAD is at my feet but it is NOT on…this time😉)
.
Also, I got some time to get to know my @ludwigdrumshq #universal snare, and holy..😮‍💨🤌
.
Excited to get working on some stuff now🤙🤓
