To drink or not to drink? 🧛‍♂️🩸
In this episode of Tea Time, Mikayla sits down with Howard Hendrix Powell and Brandon Salerno from the cast of Drunk Dracula! We dive into the hilarious chaos of the show’s mid-performance audience “check-ins” and how a little liquid courage completely transforms the way they perform classic Shakespearean monologues on the spot. As Howard perfectly describes it, the drinking allows the actors to step out of their usual rehearsals and find completely new, spontaneous interpretations of the text.
Grab your favorite cup of tea (or something a little stronger 😉) and listen to the full episode on the Broadway Podcast Network and all streaming platforms. ☕️🎭

Forget haunted houses, NYC has DRUNK DRACULA 😭🩸

One professional actor takes 5 shots of whiskey and then attempts to perform a hilarious, chaotic retelling of Dracula while the rest of the cast tries to keep it together. No two shows are the same, and the improv is WILD. 💀
