One of my favorite parts of living in Puerto Rico is getting to play tour guide.

Adrianne and I love showing people around, introducing them to the community, and sharing a little of the everyday life we have come to love here.

Having people we care about visit makes this place feel even more like home. It is fun to see familiar places through their eyes and remember how much there is to appreciate.

Really grateful for the time together this weekend and the chance to share this part of our lives. taken in Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve by @drwalens

Nine years ago, we took a small group of clients on our first fishing trip.

This week, we celebrated the 9th annual Bespoke fishing trip in Cabo.

The fish are fun.

The real value is the time.

Business owners spend most of their lives being the person everyone else comes to for answers.

Trips like this create room to put the phone down, laugh, compare a few scars, talk about family, health, what comes next, and build friendships that have nothing to do with a balance sheet.

I am grateful for every man who made the trip - and for the trust behind it.

The older I get, the more convinced I am:

Relationships are not a byproduct of the work.

They are the work. taken in San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur by @drwalens
