THIS was the first ever LTF Wellness Experience‼️

Movement. Recovery. Wellness. Local businesses. Community.

We brought everything together under one roof for a morning of mobility, Kettle Flow, Steps, recovery treatments, wellness products, food and genuine connection.

A massive thank you to every business that helped make the experience what it was:

@thewellnessstudiobyrj
@bhcbrm
@the.nakedpantry
@divinetea_uk
@ds_therapy_
@dailleaf

And a special thank you to @wingstopuk and @tropicalsunfoods for supporting the day with food and refreshments.

This was our first LTF Wellness Experience but it definitely won’t be our last. 👀

It still might be early in the year but as the weeks go by we slowly build ourselves up to burning out quicker than we need to. Hence why treatments which complement rest and recovery are more important now than ever.

For us that includes the likes of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, stretching sessions and lymphatic drainage.

But as good as we are, we know we can be better and that’s why we’re also working on improving our skills to complement and support our clients even more than we already do.

Future services will consist of learning new skills and techniques such as reflexology, cupping and even more. Tell us what you’d like for us to also offer going forward
