Last night: delicious dinner, picture-perfect weather, and the kind of dear friends who make you forget to check your phone. ✨🍽️💛 This morning: up at 5:30 AM, catching up on emails and other work PT workout complete, and now I’m “working hard” outdoors in this absolutely yummy 70° weather—with my laptop, a little sunshine, and a brain that keeps wandering toward vacation… which is only a few sleeps away. 😎💻☀️ Tonight will be teaching dance to some very very talented dancers. Balance, right? Work hard, laugh harder, and dream of the getaway in between! #Grateful #SummerEvening #FriendsAndFood #WorkFromAnywhere #VacationCountdown #GoodLife by @dsalterini

What a memorable summer in Catanzaro! Our Joffrey Italy Summer Intensive brought dancers together for a week of training, artistry, and connection, sharing the spirit of Joffrey Ballet School in the heart of Italy. Throughout the intensive, dancers immersed themselves in classical ballet, contemporary, street jazz, and more, expanding their versatility and experiencing the range of training that prepares today’s dancers to adapt, explore, and express themselves across the world of dance. Guided by Artistic Director Diego Salterini @dsalterini and our incredible faculty, dancers made the most of every class, approaching their training with focus and an openness to new ideas. As we look back on a wonderful week in Italy, we extend our sincere gratitude to Artistic Director Diego Salterini, our International Program Coordinator Sarai Menchaca, our dedicated faculty and staff, and our dancers for bringing their commitment and artistry to every moment. Thank you as well to our families for their continued support and for helping make our Joffrey Italy Summer Intensive so special! 📸 @thejenntheory #joffreyballetschool #summeratjoffrey #italty #summerintensive #joffreyitaly by @dsalterini
Turning 60 on August 13. The evidence is attached. 📸 Instead of gifts, I’m raising money for @dancenowmiami — the company that’s kept me moving through every one of those faces. $6, $60, $600, or $6 million — whatever your budget and sense of humor allow. Every dollar goes straight to our dancers, students, and stages. 🔗 Link in bio to donate. Can’t give? A share helps just as much. 💛 #Turning60 #birthdayfundraiser #dancenowmiami # #contemporarydance by @dsalterini

Last summer in Italy, dancers trained across disciplines in a setting where history and movement meet. Inside our Joffrey Italy Summer Intensive, the work connects classical foundations with contemporary and street styles, creating a dynamic, multidisciplinary experience under the direction of Artistic Director Diego Salterini @dsalterini . Dancers are immersed in a focused schedule of Classical Ballet, Contemporary, and Street Jazz, moving between styles that reflect both the legacy and evolution of dance across Europe. Each class builds versatility, musicality, and a broader understanding of movement across genres. Set in Catanzaro, the experience extends beyond the studio, offering a unique cultural environment where dancers engage with training in both Italian and English. It is a week shaped by exploration, connection, and a deeper relationship to the art form. ✨ Joffrey Italy Summer Intensive Ages 11-25 August 3, 2026 - August 7, 2026 Join us in Italy this summer— LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE!
