Almost a perfect day, really I have no complaints, this was my first meet prepping myself and I would call it a massive success! This prep was extremely grueling towards the end just was ready to get it over with but I’ll tell ya @earthxmover and @365strongfl delivered on this meet! Probably my favorite meet to date! All about the lifters exactly how it should be! Hats off to him and his team!
Massive thanks to everyone who helped me in anyway during this prep, but specifically I want to thank my Wife @jfrost_12 who always keeps me grounded and is my biggest supporter I love you to the moon and back baby! Finally, I want to thank my training partner @kylerkitchens love you brother thanks for pushing me and congratulations on 2k…I’m next😎🤝

I present to you Mr. and Mrs. Brooks

The day I got to marry my best friend, Jorden Lane Frost, I have never been more blessed to know someone than to know you. You truly are my match made in heaven. Life without you is a life not worth living. Thank you for your endless support and love, but more importantly thank you for being the person I can depend on to keep my feet on the ground and my head above water. When we first met I wasn’t looking for love but it sure was looking for me, and to think that one job application at Gym Time lead to the best 4 years of my life and now I get to be married to the person I love the most in this world. I promise to never break your trust and treat you like the queen you are for all of eternity! I can’t wait to expand our family🫶
Here’s to eternity🥂💕

Also a massive thanks to everyone who helped whether it be financially, physically or emotionally! We are truly so blessed and could not have made this happen without y’all🫶🫶 taken in Lay Lake by @dsbstrength

It’s the little details that set us apart.
Every session, every rep, every moment is intentional. Before our athletes walk through the door, we’re already preparing — planning, studying, and setting the tone so they get the best version of us every single day.

This is the work you don’t always see… but it’s what makes the difference.

Congratulations to @brandon_meacham on hitting 1,000 gym sessions! The dedication speaks for itself. Meach just hit session number 1,001 this morning! Every drop of sweat, early morning, and heavy lift built up to this milestone. We are so proud of this journey and the strength gained along the way. Here is to the next 1,000! 💪🔥 #fitnessjourney #hardworkpaysoff #dedication taken in Castille Academy by @dsbstrength

As a parent, there’s nothing better than seeing your child excited to show up, push themselves, and walk out better than they walked in. Castille Academy is shaping athletes, but it’s also shaping character.
