This is something I’m excited about! Magician Joshua Lozoff is coming to the Scuppernong River Festival on October 10—his first visit to Tyrrell County and the first magician we’ve ever had at the festival.

The video gives you a little background on who he is and what you can look forward to. This year is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever, and I’m looking forward to seeing everybody out there enjoying it together.

A quiet morning and a lot to be thankful for.

Been thinking about my family and the life I want us to have. There’s a lot of work behind it, and some days I feel the sacrifices more than others. But I’m grateful I get the chance to work toward something that means so much to me.

I can’t control everything, but I do have a say in how I spend my days, what I put my effort into, and the husband and father I choose to be. Still working on finding that balance between providing for my family and slowing down enough to enjoy them.

Probably my third time doing cupping therapy, and I love it every time. The marks might look intense, but the actual experience is incredibly relaxing. There’s nothing like that loose, relieved feeling afterward.

One of my favorite parts about real estate has nothing to do with houses… it’s the relationships you build along the way.

Years ago, Mike Leech was the photographer for many of my listings. Over time we built a friendship.

Today, he’s chasing another dream by opening The Den Coffee Co in Nags Head. What makes it even more special is seeing his mom and his sister right here working alongside him.

Supporting the people who’ve supported you has always mattered to me. So today I stopped by, grabbed a Driftwood smoothie, caught up with Mike, and got to support a local family that’s investing in our community.
