Hannah captured the bronze medal in Women’s Trick, putting her on the podium and adding to Canada’s medal tally at the Jr. Pan Am Games! 🥉🇨🇦

Being the fierce competitor she is, Hannah had her eye on the gold, a bobble during her toe run disrupted her rhythm,she regrouped in a split second and finished strong to secure a podium result — an incredible achievement on the international stage.

👏 Huge congratulations to Daniela for the silver medal 🥈, and Lexi for her gold medal 🥇, as well as to the entire Canadian team and all the competitors.

Having waterskiing represented at this highly prestigious, multi-sport event governed by the IOC and supported by the Canadian Olympic Committee is truly a milestone for the sport. 🌊✨ taken in Lago Manene by @dstop62

CBC Radio just shared an amazing story about Canadian water skiers Hannah Stopnicki 🥇 and Nellie Allard 🥉 following their outstanding performances at the U21 World Championships in Calgary, Alberta.

Both athletes grew up in Quebec and have known each other since they were kids. It’s inspiring to hear how their paths in the sport have led to success on the world stage.

The piece is english and about nine minutes long, but absolutely worth the listen! 🎧 🇨🇦💪
