“For the ones who move with purpose — and handle business like Goodfellas.”
This year, it’s more than leadership. It’s legacy.
The Pinnacle Administration — where vision, brotherhood, and excellence meet.
A new chapter in the Black Male Initiative.
Different players. Same purpose. One mission. by @dsubmi

Recently, on November 25th, a few Black Male Initiative members attended the Ebony Tie Affair in Wilmington, Delaware. An inspiring event that celebrates and uplifts Black men. This gathering not only fostered a sense of community but also provided invaluable networking opportunities for emerging professionals. It’s a fantastic platform for sharing experiences, resources, and forging connections that can lead to future collaborations. We’re grateful to be in a room of such valuable relationships dedicated to empowering black businesses and promoting economic growth within our community. taken in Delaware State University by @dsubmi

This morning, September 18, 2026, DSU’s Black Male Initiative (BMI) had the opportunity to collaborate with The God Brothers for the Million Father March at South Dover Elementary School.

We came together with other men, parents, staff, and community members to greet students as they arrived and encourage them to have a great school year.

It was a great experience being able to show up, support our youth, and start their morning with some positive energy. We appreciate South Dover Elementary for allowing us to be a part of this special morning and The God Brothers for partnering with us to make it happen!

There’s nothing like seeing our young people supported by the men in their community. 🤝🏾📚 by @dsubmi
