Thankful is an understatement.

Thankful to inspire others.
Thankful to do hard things.
Thankful to have people who push me.
Thankful to challenge my mental & physical health.
Thankful to be committing to and fulfilling what I say I’m going to do.

At DTI, we talk about bridging the gap between mental and physical health to build a healthier, happier lifestyle. Completing this marathon did just that!

You learn lessons when you embark on these hard endeavors — not just on the course, but on the journey that got you there. It’s my life mission to show people that when you challenge yourself physically, you win mentally, which really helps you WIN AT LIFE!

We all have dreams, goals, and ambitions, but my question to you is… are you just talking about them, or are you embodying them to see the growth and traction you want?

This duo isn’t stopping at this finish line!

We’re going to continue to go all in and push each other so we reach and achieve everything we have on the horizon. by @dtifreddy

Life just keeps getting better with you (and Decky).

Excited to plant some roots in the Carolinas and officially call this place home.
(No, I will never be a Panthers fan.)

Remember…

Paint the big picture.
Step back.
And figure out the small actions you can take daily to make your dreams become a reality. by @dtifreddy

An ode to the last days of summer 💌

L+F engagement session in Wrightsville Beach, NC left us feeling nostalgic about the summer of 2025.

We fangirled about all things #TSITP, including all the local spots featured on the show and how we needed to go watch the new episode that evening.

So I couldn’t help myself but to deliver their gallery the day of the finale🙂‍↕️.

Their 2026 wedding at @thebradfordnc with @lionhouse.events cannot come soon enough!
