This Friday is a special Friday. Years in the making, one could say a generational prophecy. An all time music memory is seeing @eightballsband at amigos the summer prior to moving back. Decades of hits echoed off the cobblestones. Nostalgic chords leapt from the pedal steel to the dance floor. The cool breeze rolling in off the harbor brought extra attention to the refreshing power of draft Pacifico…

Now they’re back in town and playing my favorite club @blueportlandmaine followed by a DJ set by @wonpounds who will be freshly back from California and fueled by jet lag. A perfect storm.

Chantaclaus comes to town for the @filthyrecs event at @moodylords. @mrphonos, @wonpounds, @papo2oo4 and @djlucas413 play @thirstyportland h/t @yuuungreed. Heavy EOY jazz sessions at @blueportlandmaine (yo tag up the trumpet and sax players if you recognize) and then close encounters with a roadrunner. Goodbye 2025 here’s to more music, more photos and more conversations in 2026. by @dtrainism

Yes yes…. all aboard the slide into the new year… We got Mr @bennyp207 DJing at @blueportlandmaine, @davegutter and @augustus_perkins playing @meetinghousearts, @tealchild DJing @novelmaine (these parties have been very fun), @robbenharris ripping a Jazz session at blue. Then ol’ Pounds and I took a day trip down to Boston to play @centralonair with @respectyourlder and @lilithnsid. More music, more fisheye flash photography. taken in New England by @dtrainism

PSR 6 is released, see @psr.broadcast bio. Our most ambitious project to date, four players, two mixers two DJs and a complete runtime of almost 5 hours. @realnikluis brought so much energy to the show and his sound melded so well with @wonpounds it was a real TREAT to get it all on camera.
