POSTS STORIES REELS
It’s 1st of September. But from the moment of its conception; to the poem, to this play being chosen for fringe, and to our star-studded cast joining, i knew we’d be making something special. Dust carries something extraordinary in itself. It’s authentic in its grief, it doesn’t shy away from the brokenness we feel within ourselves. It feeds off of raw emotion and if you ask any one of us who has worked on this project they would tell you the same thing. Sure, it’s intense, it’s niche and doesn’t cater to white lies. But embrace the suffering and you’ll be sure to come out of it expanded. That’s what we feel. It’s pushed us as actors, as writers, as creators in life. With Dust came demands, how do we figure out which parts are relevant and still keep the initial impression of Dust for the audience. I, could not have asked for a better group of people behind the scenes, and the ones you see on stage. Each of them carries a fantastical nature that seeps through everything they do. I am grateful. I am loved through which these actors and prod team, who have to me, become family chose my play. And through it we have experienced some difficulties of course, some lovely birthdays, but how beautiful is it that we got to bring such a small piece of ourselves into this play and breathe life into it. We said there shall both be light and darkness, and arrived Dust: The Sixth Sense. Thank you to @3bugsfringe and Mariam who chose this play. Thank you to the cast and crew who joined. Thank you to @thespaceuk and @edfringe and the wonderful audience who came to support, (or cry) at this project. Thank you to the special @markfernyhough who we met at fringe and listened to Alyanna and I speak for eons about life and all its beauties. Thank you all. We appreciate you eternally. by @dtssfringe26
