When you wake up do you going through the motions?

That life you want requires intention.

It requires showing up when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, and the absolute last thing you wanna do.

It requires you following through because the decision was already made. And now it’s time to execute, no more negotiating.

There’s no more waiting to feel ready. You gotta draw that line in the sand on yourself, for yourself. I had to realize that at the end of the day this isn’t even about me. I talked to God and I asked for a way to help those that I love. Then he illuminated a path. And sometimes I see it and think “Damn that looks hard..”

Every roofing contractor wants to maximize revenue. To accomplish that the leader has to stay in their zone of genius and drive the vision of the company.

It wouldn’t be wise to hire a landscaper to fix an urgent plumbing issue in your home. That’s your estimator trying to supplement every claim with the same macro in Xactimate.

The market is shifting and you’re leaving behind revenue without having a true insurance professional in your pipeline.

Thank you so much for coming into my life. Being responsible for your safety & lifestyle has taught me how to be a man. I would have accepted things for myself that I will never accept now that you’ve come into the picture.

Pressure is a funny thing. It’s scary at first but at some point you crave it. The desire to acquire things that require me digging deep to access untapped potential has shown me who I really am. And who I was really put here to be.

I’m Ron & Angie’s son. And that means the world to me. It’s not about the physical possessions. It’s about having the nuts to go take that shit.

In my 20s I was a loser that could only think about myself. I was unhappy & trapped by own selfish desires. Knowing I was a leech ate me alive so naturally like the loser I was I started smoking weed & whatever else I could to escape reality & cope.

Deep down all I wanted was to be an assest to the people I loved me rather than a liability. I wished I could be a man that accepted the responsibility of my entire bloodline. Someone who could be the example others could follow and depend on.

Accountability scared me. Then I realized that I was already a piece of shit so what’s there to be afraid of?

Self awareness & accountability are my only way out. To be free I had to lean into all the things I was running from. And now I get up everyday and go war for my last name.

Your business is only as efficient as the systems connecting it.

Every phase of your business should work cohesively, feeding into the next and creating a process that drives consistent growth.

Too often, I see business owners operating with gaps in their processes because they’re unwilling to restructure what’s no longer working.

Growth isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about making what you already do work better.

I’ve always wanted freedom. I never knew it was going to look like this.

Not everyone has the opportunity to endure the shift of the seasons. The opportunity to carry as much weight as I accept. Only limited by myself. The opportunity to double my value to my bloodline, then double it again.
