It's hard to put into words how rollerskating makes me feel. It's a fine balance between fear and freedom. The speed, the air, make my heart race like a formula 1. I know that one single mistake could hurt bad but it makes every clean move so much more special. Nothing compares to that feeling of flow when your body knows how to move in harmony with the park and its features. I love my wheelie boots 🩷

Le 10 octobre, rejoins nous au skatepark de Préfontaine pour un des derniers événements extérieurs de l’année! Amènes ton vieil équipement à donner, à vendre ou à troquer afin de lui donner une nouvelle vie!
On te prévoie aussi un BBQ pour te garder le ventre plein pendant ta session et ton magazinage :)

You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

Sometimes my skating feels stuck in a place where progress seems impossible. Sometimes I get scared of hurting myself, I get scared of having to feel pain. Sometimes I don’t have the energy, mental or physical, to repeat the same movement for hours until it works.
But then I eventually remember how rewarding it is to constantly push my own limits, to achieve something I thought was impossible not so long ago. You don’t see results every single day but it’s by showing up consistently that you get to contemplate how far you’ve come.
