The amount of time and energy it takes to reach a goal is not proportionate to the amount of time and energy it would take if you 10X your goal..It just doesn't work that way..I'm training myself to not think small. We end up putting restrictions on what we can or cannot do..Always question your plans. .Ask yourself, what if I made my goal 3x 5x 10x bigger?.Don't discount yourself. A group with multi-generational trekkers always brings the most interesting dynamics to the mountains.With an age spread from 13 to almost 60, yet another Everest Base Camp batch this season made it through healthy, happy and smiling. ❤️And somewhere in the freezing midnight climb to Kala Patthar, with temperatures dropping well below zero, both the youngest and the oldest members of the team pushed on together to witness first light hitting Everest.What an incredible experience it’s been leading this bunch of beautiful people through the Khumbu.Congratulations, team - for keeping your spirits high and your smiles intact through difficult climbs, long days and everything the mountains threw your way. 🙌🏻#ebc #everestbasecamp #ebc2026 #nepalhimalayas #himalayanjoy by @duaakhil

Led by myself and the unstoppable @neeti_singhal , we battled -slicked rocks and misty trails after yesterday’s downpour, but this crew? Pure grit and grace. ☔➡️☀️. monTo our phenomenal climbers:✨ Two incredible women joined us as preparation for Kang Yatse—their first high-altitude climb. My first visit to the Nepal Himalayas- Khumbu region and I was awe-struck by the grandeur of these magnificent peaks surrounding us. A short montage capturing the mesmerising beauty.
