200 Flights later and I love who I’m becoming. Stronger, more confident and evolving to be the best version of myself. I’m down 21lbs & and the jean sizes are going down. That’s cool and all but look at the muscles I’ve gained! Numbers are nice but the proof is in the photos. Strong is the goal!

I’ve said it before, it doesn’t have to be Flight. Move your body and you will thank yourself! BUT I am proof that @flightclubstudios works!! The program works, the community is strong!

Hi, it’s me Dua. I want to reintroduce myself. While I’m on this TTC journey I’ve lost myself. After trying for a while it became my entire identity. I wanted to be a mom so bad that when I wasn’t month after month and going on almost 2yrs I lost myself. I was reaching for the wrong things. Reaching for things to fill in that void. Literally eating my feelings to make myself happy. But the scale was going up and up. I was sad, depressed, angry, upset at myself. Til one day I said “WTF DUA! Snap tf out of it and do sh*t differently!” I hated myself for not getting pregnant but I hated how I looked like more. So I made that switch. Now I’m in a better place mentally, emotionally and physically. All for a better chance at being a mommy. A better me, a healthier me.

Be kind to yourself, be kind to others. You never know what anyone is going through.

Ended 2025 the heaviest of my entire existence. 5 months of consistency & officially down 15lbs & down 4 jean sizes. I wasn’t impressed with the numbers but baby take those damn photos. I feel stronger and better today! It was hard and still hard today! But how bad do you want it? Gotta do hard things to see results. It took 3 months of consistency to finally get in a routine where it doesn’t even feel like work no more. You’re in a better head space. It’s no longer a chore but a lifestyle. Get uncomfy! I was too comfy in a big tee! You know it’s bad when the black ain’t “blacking” no more! Cant blame the angles, can’t hide from the angles. Cuz baby that’s how we’re looking like at that angle!

Huge shout out to @flightclubstudios this space has made me stronger, more confident and has made me so many friends! Surrounding yourself in a positive, healthy environment really is MAJOR KEY! Whether you’re taking Flight or any other classes keep showing up for yourself! Cuz damn it feels good.
