A new chapter in matcha. 🍵

After lots of tasting and refining, we are proud to introduce our collaboration with Ginzo Matcha, a locally based, woman owned matcha company.

Rooted in Wazuka, Japan, Ginzo Matcha’s Samidori matcha is known for its smooth, rich umami and subtle sweetness. Alongside it, we will also be serving hojicha from the same region, with its distinct roasted flavour.

A shared appreciation for quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
