Day 17 of 39 💎 - “People don’t buy into your vision, they buy into you.” Be someone worth believing in. Giving away power actually gives you more power. More influence. It’s the difference between the Avengers and Thanos. Lead wisely #TMC💙🏁♾️ (thank you Ella for being the only one to capture this) by @dubcito

Remember this: Everyone has their cross to bare. So be kind. Live with grace, compassion and forgiveness for yourself and others. Find gratitude in each day. My fatherly obstacle is 8 years building and my breaking point is no where in sight. So I’m truly ok and I’m not looking for pity or check-ins. This year has undoubtedly been the hardest of my life. I’ve dealt with loss after loss, death and living. Through it all I remain the same ME that you’ve always known. And my blessing still outweigh my curses. Ask yourself… What does one gain in a year of so much loss? Once you surrender.. Perspective. Experience. Consciousness. Essence. Presence. Being. Life. And much more #TMC 💙🏁♾️ by @dubcito

🙏🏽💙🏁 I appreciate all the prayers & condolences very much. This last month has been one of the toughest of my life.

On top of losing my brother, I’m losing my daughter that’s living but doesn’t want me to talk to her anymore. Plus other heavy stressors. However, I am still OK. For 20-30 years my response to the question or text “How are you?” has been “I’m GREAT” because that’s how consistently BLESSED I’ve been. This year my GREAT is downgraded to an OK but my OK is still GOOD because I have 30 years of BLESSINGS that still keep me waking up daily with extreme gratitude. My heart, soul, mind and spirit are aligned with God and in the direction I STEER IT with positive perspective, a bright future and the practice of PRESENCE. Here now. This moment. Just BEING.

Trust me, I am truly OK. My grieving of my brother has consisted of nonstop laughs making this hilarious video. He has done his job on this earth and escaped the daily suffering. My burden of my daughter is one I’ve been carrying for 8 years and will carry forever more. I’m built for it. They say God gives his toughest battles to his strongest Airmen right? Heavy is the head and I been holding mine up for quite some time. THANKFULLY 🙏🏽🏁

PS… The same week my brother passed, I found out I won the Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year Award for the whole base (highest award I’ve ever attained in my career and so did my Amn (very rare). I was high and low at the same damn time. But that’s life! I heard DMX say he never got too high on the highs or too low on the lows. Can you imagine X’s high and lows? But to remain even keeled is a skill and gift. I celebrated... in moderation. I’m grieving… in moderation. I am living for TODAY. 🙏🏽💙🏁 The Marathon Continues 💙🏁 by @dubcito

Anyone know what’s the best AI tool to take old photos and bring to life in videos? I just used my one free trial on @higgsfield.ai but I wouldn’t let me use my photo backgrounds it made me apply it to preset internet videos. But this shit is funny tho 🤣🤣🤣 I’m asking for real help tho #higgsfieldai by @dubcito

To my family & friends, it is time for THIS Marathon to be Discontinued. I have served over 21 years and I am extremely grateful for the journey. The Air Force provided me the opportunity of a lifetime and I maxed it out. But my life and career is nothing with so many of YOU who uplifted me and pushed me in the right direction. I have so much gratitude to express and I will do it all on January 16, 2027 at my retirement ceremony, at home, at Los Angeles Air Force Base.

I cordially invite you and would be honored by your presence. If you are not sure yet, I respectfully ask that you do not RSVP until you know you will be booking flights. But check the link out anyway because ChatGPT hooked it up and it turned out great! Lol LINK IN BIO

“No DNA, just RSA” IYKYK, Cape Town has my heart forever 🇿🇦 When it’s all said and done, more will have been done than said. And when I’m dead what’s said will be none of my concern, but I while I’m here I sleep peacefully, knowing the weight of the world didn’t crush me or change me. Knowing I’ve forgiven myself for my own mistakes and the mistakes of everyone who can’t own them. Knowing that I planted many seeds that will continue growing when I’m in the soil.
