Legs x Abs

My relationship with legs has evolved tremendously. What first was a dreadful experience that I loathed and at times intentionally tried to half a** and sometimes even skip is now one of my favorite days that I looked forward to.This is because I shifted my perspective on what my ideal physique should look like.As I got older I realized a physique is not truly complete without a aesthetic pair of legs and that's what I was missing.So of course in order to attain the look I wanted I had to do the opposite of whatever the hell I was doing in the first place.I did a whole 180 on my mindset towards legs and the movements I choose to hit them.Over time they finally started to align with the look i envisioned.This fitness thing is about you and your goals,never forget that.Set a goal and do everything in your power to achieve it.
