🐸👑🗡️🩷🖤🌟 A few months ago, I had the pleasure of illustrating the exclusive dust jackets for @foxgloveromance edition of Assistant to the Villain and its sequel, Apprentice to the Villain. This was so fun to work on, and I especially enjoyed painting Kingsley & the wanted poster version on the back 🩷

Thank you to @foxgloveromance and @hannahnicolemae for having me for this project! by @duckhymn

I can finally share the news!! AS MANY SOULS AS STARS is an @allurialbooks pick for December!

It is such an honour to be the first sapphic pick for this box, and not only that, but they have genuinely made one of the most beautiful books I've ever seen in my entire life. The AMAZINGLY TALENTED @duckhymn not only understood the assignment AND the novel, she consumed it whole and transformed it utterly into something radiantly magical. I have never loved an object so dearly. The holographic foil! The endpapers! The spredges!

If you want your hands on this copy, be sure to head over to www.allurial.com and grab one before they sell out! ✨️

Dina! (and Apsinthos...) from Angels After Man by @duckhymn 🪽🤍👼 :) This will be available as a print very soon!!!

Last but not least, here is our beautiful Dina and his evil evil ancient sun boyfriend. I really adore Dina's arc across the entire series and hes a character I really want to roll into a ball and dribble. LOVE the fairytale elements that Angela incorporated into his frame in this!!!! Dina would be ecstatic to see it... :))

Joana from Angels After Man by @duckhymn 🌵💜🤍 :) This will be available as a print very soon!!!

Fun fact, I dont really have favorite characters but IF I DID, Joana would be in my top 3 for sure. She's probably the person I relate to the most (maybe even more than Michael, who is the other character I relate to the most) and Ive always felt like I could write a whole novella about her.

Like Tadeo, I really desperately wanted a full art piece of her. I will print her on a cake soon too....

I’m soooo excited to help reveal the gorgeous cover of the kickstarter edition of THE CONSTELLATION OF FORGOTTEN THINGS by @tiffanychu__ & Renley Nicolas Chu!

A mother and the dying son she was racing to bring home wrote this book of fairy tales together; he never made it, and she finished it alone.

The Constellation of Forgotten Things is a collection of slowburn fantasy short stories about memory, longing, and the people we refuse to let the world forget. Launching on September 15th, 2026 from Glass Bottle Press in an exclusive Kickstarter limited edition for 17 days only. Stunning cover by Angela Chen / @duckhymn!

Swipe to read the blurb and see the gorgeous special edition!

Author’s Note About the Cover:
“Angela 100% understood the assignment! She read the book, took my vague ideas, and created this brilliant cover. I’m still in awe and trying to pick my jaw off the floor.”

A COLLECTOR’S DREAM! This exclusive, Kickstarter limited edition print run features:
✨Premium hardcover binding with silver foil detailing
💚Full-color, custom-designed endpapers
✨Custom-designed sprayed edges

From celestial beings navigating eternal duties to mortals seeking connection across impossible distances, these stories explore love in all its forms—queer and straight, mortal and divine, tender and tragic. Each story is a doorway into worlds where devotion defies fate, where souls find each other across lifetimes, and where even the most broken hearts continue to beat with hope.

When I was young I had a faerie that would leave me tiny notes (it was my nana) and her name was Meg. She was there at a time in my life where I needed the magic and to believe.

So it’s my pleasure to introduce our first faerie, Meg.
