Stepping into old Montecito ✨

I had the pleasure of touring Ravenscroft today, a 1920s Spanish Revival estate designed by George Washington Smith. Its original owner, Peggy Ravenscroft, had the living room made large enough for her horse to come inside and stand by the fire - how cute is that?!

Nearly every corner feels like it has such a special story - old ironwork, terracotta floors, beautiful gardens, theater room, and layers of character and charm that have been built over generations. This is the Montecito history I live for!
