And so it begins, the first of many talented artists featuring in @collabxration619 Magazine - an archival record of local artists living and working in San Diego. If we haven’t met already, I’m Juvian! Common miss understanding with my name is that the ways it’s spelled with an “a” it looks like Julian but it’s not even close! It’s pronounced Ju-vi-ON if it’s not ON it’s off! Experimental Artist and brand designer from @duffdesign.co catch me in WHOA MODE on Wednesday’s at the @whoadega! “I was born to be an artist, it’s Death or Design for me.” Follow @xtruh_terrestrial to see more of my work. Stay tuned with @duffdesign.co to be introduced to more artists, and discover the up and coming publication date and showcase event for @collabxration619 #sandiegozinefest #zinescene #design #archival #timecapsule by @duffdesign.co

Im really looking forward to discovering who gambled on this one! When you put in the work, it will pay off I Promise. The vision behind the Secret inside the USB lives far beyond the confines of the gallery walls. I wanted to somehow express the idea of a sizable value from such a miniature piece of art. And not only create something visual interesting but something that resembles a maze or possibly a map with layers of meaning, to create an experience that tells a story to a unique destination. The key to unlocking the secret was to take a chance! Thank you to whoever invested in my creativity and the Secret within the mystery USB! Any guesses on what might be living on this ancient future relic? Feeling super blessed because this thing SOLD Day: 1 inside the tiny art show @shift.g.g, thanks for having me. #miniature #artshow #gallery #betonthyself #mystery by @duffdesign.co

Big ideas for people with big heads and big dreads 😂 My brother has dreads and he hates wearing hats because they don’t fit, look right or feel comfortable. Thus, inspired the Dread Bucket 🪣! He saw this and immediately told me he needed one! Take your dreads with you comfortably and with style wherever you go! Thanks to @whoadega for letting me chop up some merch!! Drop by Connect or the Whoadega to peep the new selection and cop yours! #innovation #design #collaborationovercompetition #whoa #handmade by @duffdesign.co

This next featured artist thinks of every detail that contributes to one’s experience when interacting with his work. It’s been a pleasure being able to get a close up look into some of his process and thinking. After crossing paths in the @shift.g.g gallery, Alex personally invited me to do workshops with him in his creative Lab! Every inch of every wall is thoughtfully curated with custom artwork. Each piece with its unique story, details, vision, and place. I have learned a lot working in collaboration with this talented individual and look forward to what the journey holds next! Thanks for being part of @collabxration619 From custom light mapping, solo art exhibitions, and music reactive LED’s to 3D printed eyewear and custom built festival instillations and more who knows to what level this artist might take his talent!
