📢Your Space' is our flagship youth group for Children & Young People which is currently being delivered in Croydon, South London.

🏃We have a Junior session for 8-12 year olds and a Senior session for 13-17 year olds. Sessions are youth-led and focused on building positive life skills.

🗣️Our aim is to provide a safe space for young people to have fun whilst improving their participation and communication. Your Space provides the opportunity for people to learn new things and make new friends.

Myles Duffus, is the son of @duffus_foundations late Founder Leroy Duffus, and he will be running his first ever marathon in memory of his dad.

Myles has always been a keen runner but this will definitely be his toughest challenge yet to raise vital funds for DCF.

We were honored to have the Civic Mayor of Croydon, Mohammed Islam, in attendance at our annual Afternoon Tea Fundraiser.

Mohammed Islam highlighted the Foundation's passion to honour our late Founder's legacy.

Our work that we have delivered in Croydon for the last 9 years, including community youth groups, delivering educational well-being programmes across 26 schools in the borough and holiday trips.

We would like to thank the Civic Mayor for his recognition and kind words 🙏🏽 by @duffus_foundation

It's raffle time everyone, and we have some fantastic prizes on offer at our Afternoon Tea fundraiser this Saturday.

Prizes from M&S, Next, Nandos, Tropic, Encanto Kitchen and Sutton United, just goes to show that the level of prizes on offer for the lucky winners and our fundraiser is almost sold out.

Our annual Afternoon Tea Fundraiser is fast approaching, and we need your help to make it the best event of the year!

Here are 3 ways you can help.

1. Purchase a ticket via the QR Code in the poster, or you can message us directly, and we will take down your details.

2, Bring a friend. The more the merrier to enjoy the experience.

3, Donate a ticket. If you are unavailable or this is not your thing , you can support the event by buying a ticket and we will donate it to one of the families we support.

Free Yoga sessions!
Unity in Motion is a free community wellbeing project funded by Sutton Council and delivered from DCF's community space (Unity Junction) in the St Nicholas Shopping Centre.

The project will offer weekly sessions rotating on one of the following themes: Zumba, Yoga and Meditation, These sessions are open to adults & young people, providing the community with accessible opportunities to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Details:

Sessions will run for 20 weeks, alternating between each theme.

September we have Yoga, on the 5th 12th and 19th

Times: 1-2pm

When: Every Saturday Afternoon at Unity Junction Ground floor, St Nicholas Shopping Centre Sutton.

- Where comfy clothing

-Bring a Yoga mat.

-Refreshments provided

-Free entry

-No sign up is required. Just show up.

ATTENTION!!!
Details for our annual Afternoon Tea Fundraiser are now here.

Join us on Saturday 26th September, at 1pm till 3pm for Afternoon Tea with a twist.

Celebrating the life and legacy of our late founder, Leroy Duffus, whose memory we honour every September by doing something he would enjoy, such as having a cuppa and a sweet treat

This event will be 90 minutes of unlimited hot beverages, sandwiches, cakes, and our addition of biscuits, complete with personalised table service from our team.

We will also be hosting a raffle and entertainment on the day

Tickets are limited, so join us to honour Leroy and to support us continue to continue the vital work we do for the community.
