Had some of this lovely fabric leftover from the dress I made and decided to make a simple T shirt. I used the Tabitha T-shirt from #tillyandthebuttons #makeitsimplebook by @dugginsrobin

My latest project. I used the wrap dress pattern from #makeityours from MimiG. I decided to do a surplice top but a solid skirt. It's too windy where I live for a wrap dress and at my age I should keep everything covered 😄 by @dugginsrobin

My latest make fresh off the machine. I took the Freya sweater from the #tillyandthebuttons Stretch book and doubled the width of the neckband. I love how it turned out. by @dugginsrobin

Last week's makes, basic tee shirts using the Tabitha t-shirt from #tillyandthebuttons Make it Simple book. I needed to remake all my t-shirts since gaining some weight. These are very comfortable and great year round. by @dugginsrobin

I had some fabric from the dress made a few days ago and I made a pair of culottes using the Safiya pattern from #tillyandthebuttons Make it Simple book. These pants I think will be versatile for most of the year around here. by @dugginsrobin

Finally got this dress done. The pattern is McCall's 8053. Lovely simple pattern as long as you pay attention and read it ahead of time. Ooops! Well, it's done. The fabric came from Hobby Lobby and is similar to a bullet/Liverpool. Lightweight and comfortable. by @dugginsrobin

Make # 2 in the bag. Fabric is from Hobby Lobby and the pattern is New Look 6644 view A. Very comfortable but the neckline construction was different and when I followed the instructions it didn't work out. I removed the neckband and put it back with a method I'm used to and it worked better. by @dugginsrobin

It's been a while since I've done much sewing but the other day I was able to get some new fabrics. I'm in need of tops and this is the first. The fabric is from Hobby Lobby and the pattern is the Orosi top from the Itch to Stitch book #sewbeautiful . I had this top a few years ago but sadly outgrew it. I am happy to have another one. by @dugginsrobin

This is my sewing and craft space, it's also our dining room. The old light fixture even with brighter bulbs just wasn't doing the job. We wanted a ceiling fan and light so the air coming from the vent could be moved to the work/eating zone. Our ceilings are almost 12 feet high in our 130+ year old folk Victorian. The room is large as well, I'm standing in the dining zone to get the picture with 7 ft. tall bookcases behind me. It's a large room. I'm hoping to be able to sew and craft again with better light. by @dugginsrobin
