The worlds burning. We’re aw anxious. And we need tae get off our phones.

What’s the solution? I don’t know. But I do know doing a bit of art and connecting with others helps.
So come join us on Saturday 24th October at Quality Yard in Leith for a giant colouring in event!
We’ve got three of our favourite street and mural artists who are painting big gorgeous outlines for you to colour in.
Check them out here @jodt22 @laurenemmybow and @dullartist24

All materials are provided and everyone’s welcome. Drop in between 12-4pm and colour in a wee section, a big piece or just hang out and chat with us.

Access info
Venue: @quality_yard 20 Maritime Lane, Leith.
Colour it is an outdoor event and the space is wheelchair accessible.
We will be playing music at a low level.
The nearest public toilets are on Leith Links, approx 5-7 minutes away.
You’re welcome to bring take away hot drinks in, we’d recommend @rocksaltcafe_edinburgh on Constitution Street, just 1 mins walk from Quality Yard. They also have an accessible bathroom for customers.

This long ago Broad hill sign was part of a local school project.

There's bears here again, or at least one...

A long time ago bears were here...

I was asked by @aberdeenstreetart to come and paint in my home town, so a massive thanks to them for organising a space and funding to make this happen. Been wanting to paint in the Deen for years, and am very grateful to Mike for all his help and support. Had some great interactions with the locals, and gave some of the wee ones a try on the sprays.

Huge thanks to David for all his help as it would have taken me a lot longer to finish this on my own. ❤️

Happy days
